efore we can accept a reservation you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of our rental contract. When you make a reservation with us you'll be asked to confirm that you've read the contract and that you've agreed to it. You can find a printable version of the contract here.

During the Spring, Summer and Fall (April through November) our daily rates are $600 per night weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) and $800 per night Friday, Saturday and US Holidays. We also offer a weekly rate of $4000 and a monthly rate of $8000. These prices do not include use of the guest apartment, which is under restoration and won't be available for rental at all until the spring of 2006. Local room taxes (TOT 10%) will be added to stays less than 30 days.

After you've read the rental agreement you can make an online reservation for daily rentals or check availability by visiting our calendar and following the instructions provided. To arrange for discounted weekly and monthly rentals please contact us at our toll free number (866-614-6245) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain time Monday through Friday. Although we try to answer the phone after hours and on weekends there are times we can't so you may also either leave a voice message with your return telephone number or reach us by email (please include a phone number too) at info@villamontagne.us.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you're interested in hosting a party or special occasion such as a wedding please phone for rates. We're more than happy help you with your arrangements and we can also assist you in hiring caterers, DJ's, musicians, photographers, videographers and wedding planners.
