With a 5 stall barn, attached padocks, a tack room and dressage arena, it makes a perfect staging area for day rides to Rancho Del Oso beach and the Big Basin, Castle Rock or Portolla state parks. The Swanton/Pacific 100 mile endurance ride runs across the estate on the world famous 'Skyline to the Sea' trail, which provides direct access to over one thousand miles of riding and hiking.
